Terms of Service

Last updated: October 5, 2026. These terms govern the use of the PitchMotion service, published by GRVDP Holdings, by any business customer. This English version is provided for convenience; in case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.

1. The service

PitchMotion is an online studio that creates motion design explainer videos. The customer describes their goal, brand and resources; the service writes the script, builds the storyboard, offers voices and music, then produces the video as an MP4 file.

Preparing a video (goal, art direction, script, storyboard, animated preview, voice and music selection) is free. A test render of the video's hook (its first seconds) is offered to every new account.

2. Plans and credits

Producing complete videos requires a paid subscription. One credit equals one second of produced video, with a minimum of 30 credits per render. Current plans:

  • Creator: €99 per month excl. VAT, 240 credits per month.
  • Pro: €299 per month excl. VAT, 900 credits per month.

Unused credits roll over for 2 months, then expire. An AI-generated filmed shot, announced before the render, is billed at a higher per-second rate shown in the studio. Prices are quoted in euros, excluding taxes; applicable VAT is added at payment.

3. Payment, term, cancellation

Payment is made by card through Stripe, at subscription and then at each monthly renewal. The subscription has no minimum term: it can be cancelled at any time from the Subscription page and remains active until the end of the paid period. Plan changes take effect immediately, prorated.

4. Renders, revisions, refunds

Each render uses credits. Revisions are made through new renders, after editing the storyboard in the studio. If a render fails for a technical reason attributable to the service, the credits used are automatically refunded. Credits are not refundable in cash; no refund is due for a render that matches the storyboard approved by the customer.

5. Ownership and license of the videos

The customer owns the rights to use the videos produced with a paid subscription, for any commercial purpose, without limit of time or territory. Videos produced with free credits are for testing only. The customer warrants that they hold the rights to the material they provide (logos, images, text, music).

Voiceovers are synthesized by ElevenLabs and the music offered is published under the CC0 license; the customer may also provide their own music, for which they warrant the rights.

6. Liability

The service is provided on a best-efforts basis. GRVDP Holdings cannot be held liable for the use made of the videos, nor for a temporary unavailability of the service. Its liability is limited to the amounts paid over the previous twelve months.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the registered office of GRVDP Holdings, after an attempt at amicable resolution. Contact: contact@pitchmotion.app.
