Privacy Policy

Data we collect

  • Account: email address, name and company if you provide them, technical session identifier.
  • Projects: goal, brief text, your website address and what is extracted from it (name, offer, logo, colors, font), files and links you upload, messages exchanged with the studio, storyboards, produced videos.
  • GitHub repositories: only if you install the "PitchMotion" GitHub app on a repository, we read its README, file list and images, read-only, solely to produce your video. We store no access token; you can revoke the app at any time from your GitHub settings.
  • Billing: payments are processed by Stripe; we do not keep your card number.
  • Measurement: technical logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) needed to run and secure the service.

Purposes and legal bases

Providing the service and producing your videos (performance of the contract); billing and managing your subscription (contract, legal obligation); securing the service and preventing fraud (legitimate interest); keeping you informed of your videos' progress by email (contract).

Processors

  • Google Cloud (application hosting, Belgium).
  • Supabase (database, authentication, file storage, European Union).
  • Stripe (payment).
  • Anthropic (writing the script and storyboard, building the animation). Your brief text and the files useful to the video are sent to them solely to produce your video.
  • ElevenLabs (voiceover synthesis: the script text is sent to them).
  • BytePlus (AI-generated video shots, only if you enable this option).

Retention

Account data is kept as long as the account exists, then deleted within 30 days of its deletion. Anonymous accounts created to prepare a video without an email are deleted after 90 days of inactivity. Billing data is kept for 10 years in accordance with accounting obligations.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, which you can exercise at the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL) or your local supervisory authority. Deletion of your account and projects can be requested by email; it erases your files, storyboards and videos.

Cookies

The site uses strictly necessary cookies (the sign-in session, your language choice and, in your browser, resuming your video in progress) and a first-party audience measurement cookie. This measurement (PostHog, data hosted in the European Union) is limited to pages viewed and creation steps completed, linked to your account to improve the service: no advertising, no sharing with third parties, no session recording.
